The Power of the Nickel Roadshow Invitation

Posted Date: 11/01/24 (4:12 PM)

Webster County Community,
Recently, the Webster County Board of Education has become interested in adopting the Nickel Tax to support the aging infrastructure of our district. I will not spend too much time on all the details in this message, but I want to personally invite you to an event at your school where the board member representing your school, the Board Chair, and I will discuss the details in full. I wholeheartedly support the board’s efforts because I understand that this will positively impact every school, student, and employee in this district by providing the funds necessary to maintain our buildings and consider the necessary renovations to schools, courts, and fields. If we want the best learning environment we can get for our children, the Nickel Tax is the only feasible way to make that happen.  These sessions are designed to be transparent, answer common questions, and dispel the myths around this topic. This community has always rallied around its schools, and I look forward to sharing the vision and the possibilities with each of you.
