Mr. Harrell, Superintendent for Webster County Schools, shared a message during the 2022 Opening Day Breakfast about the theme for the 2022-23 school year, which is POWER. He stressed how “each and every one of us is in the opportunity business,” meaning that all of us have the power to impact our students through opportunity and experience.
