2026 Diabetes Information Sheet
Per the requirements of House Bill 141 and Senate Bill 18 (2026), the Kentucky Department of Education has developed a Type 1 Diabetes Information Sheet for parents and guardians.
Senate Bill 18 requires each local board of education and public charter school board of directors to make these informational materials available on the district website, as well as at the main entrance and Family Resource and Youth Services Center (FRYSC) of each school.
