KIP Survey for 6th, 8th, 10, and 12th Graders
WC Schools will participate in the KY Incentives for Prevention (KIP) Survey after fall break. The survey, funded by the KY Division of Behavioral Health with the support of the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy and the Federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, is designed to assess alcohol and drug use among students in selected grades.

The anonymous survey is voluntary, and the data will be used to plan and develop school programming.

We encourage you to support this project by agreeing to let your child participate. Please respond to a previously shared electronic form (Clay, Dixon, WCMS, and WCHS) or paper permission slip (Providence and Sebree).
